The marketing of food is to enable our thoughts to make us feel hungry. The commercials on TV, or the advertisements in print are meant to entice you buy there products. You say, that Ice Cream Sunday looks great you may go out and get on to satisfy your hunger for it. All this marketing of fast foods, candies, in plain English junk food eating can get you big as a house in no time. Once, this happens your looking to loose weight, because you dont feel good, lost the great shape you had. How do you get that great shape back, you enter the billion dollar world of weight loss programs.

Then on the other side you have the couch potato, electronic games, TV, not enough exercise.
Anyone watching TV today will see a ton of weight loss programs! The advertisers of these programs as we all know are making money else they would not be advertising!
